Explore the archaeological evidence for plant-based diets, the cause and effects of inflammation, and sources of complete protein. Compare the marketing of the tobacco industry with the meat/dairy industry and think critically about how a global meat-based diet affects livestock production and the world’s environment. Finally, ask students to research one of the athletes featured in the film and also write a persuasive essay for a plant-based diet using what details from the film.
